The Timex Kids Rotating Disc watch (model 7B091) is reliable, durable, and readable in the dark, thanks to the integrated orange Indiglo night-light. But it's also flat-out fun to wear. It has a durable medium brown case framing a light-tan dial, which is complemented by a full Arabic numeral display in purple and different colored hour and minute hands (brown and black respectively). It also has a small slithering arrow shape that rotates around the dial with the hands, and a comfortable elastic fabric strap (for better dirt and stain resistance) with a desert camouflage pattern. This watch also offers water resistance to 30 meters (99 feet) and Timex's unique Kids Loss Protection Plan. It's recommended for children ages 6 and older.

The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented orange electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer.

Timex understands that kids often lose things, even their most prized possessions, which is why this watch is covered by the Timex Kids Loss Protection Plan. If the watch is lost, Timex will replace it with the same style (or similar if your style is not available) at the price of $10 for up to one year from the original date of purchase, with no questions asked. Details are included in the printed instructions that come with the watch.

I bought this item for myself, as I wanted a comfortable, cheap watch for summertime outdoor activities. I didn't want one that shows the date, as I didn't want to be bothered changing it.

The elastic band is actually quite comfortable on an adult wrist, and I like the fact that it has no pins which can pop out and become lost at inopportune moments. I had actually looked for a long time for a cheap watch with that feature.

The watch actually looks enough like a real military watch that an adult isn't embarrased wearing it. I have had it for a couple of months, and so far it has kept excellent time. I don't expect it to last forever, but at the price I paid for it I won't mind much when I have to replace it.

This is a great watch for a kid around 10 yrs old. It's not so large that it looks like a dinner plate strapped to your kids wrist and it has a more grown-up design than most other watches for kids (No Mickey Mousey flowery rainbow crap designs on this watch). It's durable and relatively impervious to moisture.. And.. Indiglo just rocks. One minor downer is the band.. I'm sorry, but it just looks like poop stained elastic (so I got my son a nice cloth/sport style band).

This is ok for the price paid. It does not stay tight with having just the slide adjuster. The metal slide adjuster also sticks out farther than I would like - almost 1/2" off my wrist. Also, the color is a much redder brown than shown - both the dial and the band. The indiglo is nice and the face is easy to read. It is light-weight and easy to slide on and off. But, it does get dirty easily. It is a nice concept, but needs some work.
