Men & Women are exactly the same size (38x10mm), but men has grey, white & black dial, and women just white!
There is one that seem to be beige in the pictures, but it's not, it's white! so if you want to get grey or black, just get the men watch and buy some J crew straps
Straps are 20 mm, the only difference is men is a little longer.

"Switch out the strap and give your watch a whole new look. Compatible with our Timex® military watch,
Timex vintage field army watch and Timex Andros watch. Poly. Import. 10 5/8"L x 3/4"W. Fits all 18mm watches."

Well, it is a beautiful watch ~ nice clear face and steel frame, military numbering, attractive pink strap. In fact, I loved it. But, unfortunately, I had to return as within one week of wearing for about 2 days, the strap started to fray - both where the metal pin goes through to strap onto your wrist and also on the holes that were not being used. I originally purchased this to use in clinicals through nursing school but if it can't hold up to normal day to day use, then there is no way it will last through the rigors of clinical rotations. Sad to say, I returned it. I would repurchase if the strap was revised.

I love this watch and the fact that you can switch out the bands and get any color you want. This pink is what I had in mind from the picture, and the face is big. Many ppl complained about the ticking of the watch being too loud, but it doesnt seem to be a bother to me. Also fits my wrist well and wasnt too big or small

I'm a guy. I bought this particular watch because it's cheap but it comes well recommended.

So why didn't I get the men's version with the longer strap? A couple of reasons - #1 is that I don't like the straps, just the watch. #2 is that international shipping for all of the comparably-priced men's versions was around USD$40. Shipping for this one (exact same watch, just shorter band) was USD$10. It was a no-brainer. USD$38 shipped and I received it on the other side of the world within 8 days of ordering - awesome.

Now, to the watch - nice size, would slip under the shirt cuff easily enough. Classic vintage styling with a high-contrast black on white 24 hour dial and no date for that outdoorsman look and for ease of reading. The Indiglo feature works as advertised - press the crown and the dial lights up. The watch is quartz, so it's dead-accurate straight out of the box. Water resistance is only to 99 feet (30m), but it's an outdoors watch, not a SCUBA diving watch so that's OK. Although I'm not using the band on mine, I was impressed with the build quality - beefy stainless buckle and fittings, thick woven nylon strap and sewn, not glued or heat sealed construction. Very cool.

This guy in particular is very impressed with his pink-banded girly watch for its price, style and most importantly, its function. Check the user customer images for an example of just how rugged and manly this watch can be ;)

I love the large watch face and colorful band! it's easy to read, but the watch is a bit large for a lady's wrist and, at times, uncomfortable. I've had to loosen the band so it's more like a bracelet so my wrist can move freely.

Nothing irritates me more than a watch that doesn't keep time accurately. My previous experience with cheap watches is that they tend to slow down or speed up. Not this Timex watch though! Perfect time keeping, even after a year of use. Nice large face, for clear and easy reading. The glass face is strong and sturdy and hardly looks scratched, even though I've dinged it many times. It's been immersed in water, even salt water at the beach, and the stainless steel exterior still looks good; no tarnishing, peeling, rusting, etc.

I have a small wrist, yet this watch still fits well. However, the face can be quite heavy and may move around your wrist while wearing it. But strapping it on a little more tightly (but still not uncomfortable) seems to solve this problem for me. The strap is made out of a woven (nylon?) material, and it felt comfortable on my wrist (not sweaty, no scratching, chaffing, etc.) The strap did get a little dirty with use, but this darker fuchsia color helps as grime is not so noticeable. Took strap out and scrubbed it with a little dish detergent and it looks as good as new. I have not had any fraying on my strap yet, as some reviewers have noted on theirs. In any case, the strap can be easily replaced. Very happy with my purchase.

This is a very good looking watch and very comfortable. I bought it because it was a little more fun than my everyday silver Citizen watch and wanted something less expensive to take on vacation with me in case it was lost/stolen/damaged. I have very small wrists, I was not concerned at all about carrying the larger watch face (yes, it is pretty large) but was more concerned about the strap fitting well. For those with small wrists have no fear! Not only do I have extra holes to spare (which never happen) but it has two loops to hold the the strap, so you don't have a big tail flying around. I also love off-white color of the face and the LED light. As long as you at ready for the large watch face you will not be disappointed!

This watch is simple and easy to read. It isn't heavy or too formal. Great for a casual day to classes or to work. Maybe I wouldn't suggest buying a pink strapped one, but I love the color because it is not too obnoxious or showy. I love that the straps can be easily removed and replaced or another color.

It's a very pretty watch, but I have a very small wrist and it looks so big and strange! It kind of looks like a watch that old people need because the numbers are so large! But I like it and I plan on keeping it. I probably will not wear it a lot though because of the size of the watch face.

(And when I say it's too big I don't mean the band, I mean the watch face itself)
