If you want to pick the right time to start, read this book!,

If you are familiar with the techniques of the Hamburg School you will probably recognize the name of Bruce Scofield. This book is a fine compilation of a variety of electional charts for marriage, travel, business and employment with clear proceedures to follow. Step by step, the planetary energies, houses, and best timing selections are presented in a concise fashion.
If you are not familiar with Uranian Astrology, this book will pique your interest through the use of planetary pictures which make the election almost choose itself.
