5.0 out of 5 stars good coffee
I unintentionally order pods instead of K-cups because all I could see was the cheap price. I have a K-cup reusable filter which I am using to brew the coffee in the pods.
I love Timothy's coffee, so I decided to try using them in the filter. I open up a small opening in the pod and pour the coffee into the reusable filter. I then brew the coffee. It tastes very...

2.0 out of 5 stars weak tasting
The coffee is weak tasting and the caffeine is low - it seems like it's decaf! Not at all impressed with the flavor

I love Timothy's coffee, so I decided to try using them in the filter. I open up a small opening in the pod and pour the coffee into the reusable filter. I then brew the coffee. It tastes very good and not weak at all. I can't tell the difference between using the coffee in the filter and the regular K-cups. I will probably not buy the pods again but order the K-cups with Timothy's French Vanilla. It tastes so good!

4.0 out of 5 stars Good coffee but doesn't work with senseo, May 17, 2008

Little to big for senseo, the workaround is use a normal 'flimsy' senseo pod and this pod in the 2 pod holder, and brew 2 cups of coffee.

I ordered this coffee for use in my Cuisinart pod coffee maker. The coffee has a nice smooth taste and has a mellow french vanilla flavor. I love that these are individually wrapped to stay fresh and the price was great! I will definitely buy these again.

5.0 out of 5 stars Mistake, May 24, 2011

Originally ordered these awhile back before I knew what K-cups looked like (or what they were at all) for my father's Christmas gift (along with a Keurig brewer). My mom made use of them with hot water (like tea) and seemed to enjoy them. She's not much of a coffee drinker, but enjoyed the flavor of this one.

I liked the regular coffee, so thought I'd try the Vanilla. It is just as good, but I like the slight vanilla undertone in this coffee. Took a box to work and got several requests for more so I believe it is a hit.

Not as much flavor as the k-cups, we ended up taking them traveling and worked great in the little hotel coffee makers.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good Coffee Pods at a Reasonable Price--But slightly big!, July 23, 2009

The size of the pods is a little off...they are just a bit bigger than the Senseo brand I buy at the store.

I took a chance and ordered these pods for my older coffee maker, a Black and Decker Pod coffee maker. Using the two pod holder, I mistakenly tried to put two of these pods in the machine at the same time. DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE! Unfortunately, the pods got stuck, and I was unable to open it. So I tried to pry it open, and the plastic broke, making my machine completely unusable.

So I bought myself a new Senseo. Nice machine. And I tried to use these pods. And they work, as long as you use ONE pod in the TWO pod holder.

I like the individually sealed packets for the pods. I have a container that sits on my counter, and the naked pods are not exposed. It makes me feel like they might stay fresher?

The flavor of the coffee is good for me...but I like medium to weak coffee and this coffee was perfect for me. I would imagine if you like strong coffee, you will not like.

One thing that prevents me from giving a fifth star is the pod size...it does limit the machine if you cant use 2 pods to make a larger cup of coffee.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for keurig with pod holster!!, June 29, 2009
This review is from: Timothy's World Coffee, French Vanilla, 25-Count Pods (Pack of 2) (Grocery)
I have a keurig brewer which I love, but finding the right coffee has been difficult. The k cups were a little weak and SOO expensive, so I bought the pod holster attachment and tried the senseo pods. Again, a little weak, and I often had them break and spill coffee grinds into my cup. These Timothy pods are bigger, stronger, and cheaper! I love the french vanilla, and also the hazelnut. I strongly recommend these to keurig users!

I really like Timothy's brand coffee, but was very disapointed when I realized that the pods were past their expiration date.
I expect more from Amazon than that.
