5.0 out of 5 stars Good sampler, but what's included?
Good opportunity to sample some of the various Timothy's k-cup selections and find your favorites. You can't beat the convenience and consistency of the k-cup system. Since I don't see that Amazon provided a description of what's included in the variety pack.....

Includes two of each of the following varieties: Breakfast Blend, Kona, Parisian Nights,...

Hopes this helps, I wish someone would have done this for me, because I don't like the idea of having tea in what I thought was a coffee variety pack. I like tea don't get me wrong, but I was hoping to try a bunch of different coffees.

4.0 out of 5 stars Read the fine print, July 4, 2007
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Great mix of flavors. Just read the fine print. This pack also includes teas, decaf, and a lemon drink which is just horrible. My coworkers don't drink tea or decaf, so I won't be buying this mix again. For those that do, this is an excellent choice. The Timothy brand overall is our favorite for our Keurig.

5.0 out of 5 stars VARIETY PACKS - THINGS TO KNOW, October 6, 2008
This review is from: Timothy's World Coffee, Variety Pack, 22-Count K-Cups for Keurig Brewers (Pack of 2) (Grocery)
While variety packs sound like a good idea, you should be aware that there is a reason you usually aren't told exactly what's in it. It's because almost always, the vendor throws in a bunch of flavors, blends, teas, and decafs that are not usually what you want. It can be a waste of money for most.

A much better solution, besides sampling a friends K-cup favorites, is to go onto the Keurig site ( http://www.keurig.com/KCupResults.asp?AllProducts=AllProducts&mscsid=HGR8G81WMFQB9NS0DN0EH4MKJREN8UAF ) and buy their low cost 5 packs. They usually cost under $3 and give you enough coffee to help decide what you might like. Plus, you'll know exactly what's in the smapler before you buy it.

It is also a great idea to visit the K-Cup Exchange on Yahoo http://groups.yahoo.com/group/K-CUP/ This site is an excellent source of K-Cup info and allows you to trade unwanted k-cups, and talk to others to find the best deals and brewing tips.

I too was shocked that a third of the k-cups in this product were tea or lemon beverages. Foolish me -- when I order a product called "Timothy's World Coffee K-Cup Variety Pack," I actually expect it to contain a variety of COFFEE k-cups. Having to order a minimum of two boxes from Amazon only compounded the problem.

I am giving this product one more star than it otherwise deserves because when I called the company to complain, they did send me one free box of just coffee k-pods. However, the combination of deceptive labeling and having to throw away a third of the contents of the box unused makes this a poor product choice in my opinion.

If this product contained only coffee k-pods, I would probably order it again because the coffee k-pods actually in it were pretty good, but I certainly don't recommend it now.

1.0 out of 5 stars Deceptive!, November 23, 2010
This review is from: Timothy's World Coffee, Variety Pack, 22-Count K-Cups for Keurig Brewers (Pack of 2) (Grocery)
I have never ordered k-cups on-line before! Is it not deceptive, not informing consumers that the coffee is outdated, as mine was almost a year out of date. Now i am skeptical ordering k-cups again, also i have some more on the way as gifts, and hope these are not outdated!

4.0 out of 5 stars A very good sampler if you are giving a Keurig as a gift, May 10, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Timothy's World Coffee, Variety Pack, 22-Count K-Cups for Keurig Brewers (Pack of 2) (Grocery)
It's hard for me the believe this myself but so far I have given 8 Keurig coffee makers away (five model B40s, two B60s and two B70s) as gifts and I always give this sampler to go along with the k-cups included with the machine. I feel that it includes a very good selection of coffees and teas. If someone does not like a particular beverage (some people NEVER drink tea for instance) the recipients have found that they can keep them on hand for guests. This does not include all of my favorites but it does have a very good mix. Here are some of the most popular:

Hazelnut: I don't know why but most of the women in my family (and many of the men) LOVE this one.
Rain Forest Espresso: If a person likes a full bodied coffee then this could be the one for them.
Breakfast Blend: A milder, medium blend that a lot of people enjoy.
Chinese Green Tea: This is becoming more and more popular in the US and my friends who drink tea like this K-Cup.
English Breakfast Tea: A classic.

And the not-so-popular ones:

Italian Hot Lemon Beverage: I have personally never met someone who liked this one. I am sure that someone does, just no one that I know.
Italian Blend: I usually like an Italian coffee but this one is not popular with my friends, family and guests for some reason.

There are others in this pack but in my experience these are the ones that the people in my life usually love and the ones that they avoid.

5.0 out of 5 stars Lots of Variety, December 21, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Timothy's World Coffee, Variety Pack, 22-Count K-Cups for Keurig Brewers (Pack of 2) (Grocery)
Hey, don't take the list of included flavors too seriously, I got different items in mine, and I suspect you will too... It was kinda fun to get the surprise flavors! Now if only they'd decide which flavors for which days, lol, I spend so much time just deciding which of the wonderful flavors to try each day!

p.s. Rainforest Espresso: way strong. Good, but strong. Consider having some flavored creamer around in case you find it to be too much (I usually don't, but was lucky I did today)
