5.0 out of 5 stars Timbaland once again proves..., March 16, 2002

that he is the "beat master!" I first bought this album back in '98 after I heard "Here We Come" on the airwaves. I hate to say it, but it's been sitting on my shelf for the past two years. Recently, something made me pull it out and listen to it. I was surprised at how good it was. Timbaland may not be much of a lyricist, but he is one hell of a producer! Once you think about it, you can't really have a hardcore flow over one of his beats; it's just too much. Tim's lyrics fit his beats perfectly. This is why this cd stays in my changer more than any other. Cop this if you ain't got it! (krunkest songs-#3,4,6,7,9,12)

4.0 out of 5 stars A awesome collection of songs from a awesome producer, November 24, 2003

Tim's second album in his timbaland and magoo series is a good one that is for sure, with wicked inventive beats that on other producer can match, forget Dr Dre and his boring beats "No creativity what so ever I tell you, TIM'S the man".

The first half of the album is good but lacking a bit especially the tracks "lobster and scrimp" with
Jay-z and "Fat rabbit" with ludacris, except for track 5 "Wit yo' bad self"

The second half of the album more than makes up for the short comings of the first half from track 12 through to track 19, with great guests such as the late, most beautiful girl in the world Aaliyah, Ginuwine and Kelly Price

Overall a excellent collaboration that has really grown on me in the last year, Can't wait til I hear Tim's new album I get it today, "I just thought everyone would like to know"
Fat Tracks: Wit yo' bad self, Who am I, Talking on the phone, John Blaze and Keep it real.

5.0 out of 5 stars It's Timbaland, the greatest producer of our generation, November 11, 2003
This review is from: Tim's Bio: Life From Da Bassment (Audio CD)
I love this cd and have been listening to it ever since I stole it from my old friend.
"Fat Rabbit" was the first time I had ever heard of Ludacris.
The beats are the best and they don't get old no matter how many times you hear them (unlike "work it.")
Every true beat junkie should own this album.
