Have tried many sprays but ths is the best I've found. Works when you need it and really STOPS THE ITCHING!

Always work, even on nails although it says it doesn't. I used it with my 2 year old and solved all her "feet problems".

Let me first say that I think the medicine itself is great. From just using it in the past week I see a great improvement. But I will never, ever buy it in a spray bottle ever again. These bottles leak something horrible and it is very difficult to get any medicine out of them. In brand new bottles that have never been used!! You try to spray and this cold, harsh liquid comes out. Probably a mixture of alcohol and other chemicals used for aerosols. This liquid fizzes and comes out all over the floor and all over your hand, and some on your feet. But mostly on the floor. Whatever gets on your hand makes it sting something awful. Depending on what is leaking out decides whether you feel just a slight sting or your hand feels like it is frostbite. I am not kidding. I had to stop in the middle of my last application from the pain. I used Desenex and never had any problems. Their spray bottles are awesome compared to these cheap ones. If you don't mind losing over 50 percent of the bottle on the floor and your hand and the freezing pain then go for it. But because you lose so much of it, it's gone in a heartbeat. My first bottle lasted 5 days. When I used the desenex the same size bottle lasted 2 weeks. Not worth the time, effort, pain and certainly not the money. I am ordering the regular powder and possibly the cream and hoping they work just as good. This stuff is a rip off and to be honest, I think a health hazard. Not good for a bottle to be fizzing and making noises like it is going to explode while fluid is coming out everywhere. Giving it two stars because the medicine works good, but if you can't get access to it, what good is it?
