eh...customer service non-existant,

I bought this lanyard because I'm a huge tink fan...it was great when I first got it, but it fell apart in just under a month of use. I keep my lanyards clipped to my keyring and then my keyring on a caribeener (sorry for spelling) clip so they can go on my belt loop on my pants...so the lanyard itself doesn't really get tugged on. I was out with a friend at a local park and the lanyard actually fell apart on me right there. The metal piece at the end of the lanyard (not the actual clip, but the piece that holds the lanyard together) I guess doesn't hold it very well. The end of the lanyard slipped right out of that piece and it doesn't exactly go back together very well. This is pretty cheap, you get what you pay for. Shipping was $6.99 for a product I paid $2.99 for, so I paid basically $10 for the lanyard, about how much you'd pay at a store for one. Anyway, this place I ordered from was called "Accessories Specialty Store" but when I emailed them through Amazon 2 weeks ago, they never got back to me. Suddenly the "company" name is "AA"?? Thankfully I didn't waste too much money on this...a shame because I really like this lanyard; I'll probably use a safety pin to hold it together and keep wearing it. Hope everyone had a better experience than I did with this product! :)
