I knew that it probably would be the same as the easily ruined dollar general quality ones but she really wanted a Tinkerbell one so we went ahead with it. You are really just paying for the picture of Tinkerbell on it.

I got this for my daughter (4 yrs old) because she always empties and flips over her regular laundry basket to use as a tea party table. :) This product works great. I've had it since Christmas. I use the handles for easy carrying. Sturdy enough for that and it doesn't collapse in on itself or anything like that. Recommended. :)

Well, the entertainment factor was high when my mother in law opened the package and jumped about 4 feet in the air as it popped open in her hands. Gave it to my 5 year old as we convert her dora decor into a more mature Tink theme that should hopefully last for years :D Same as any pop up hamper, pretty colors, and unlike the pooh one we had, shouldn't develop an odor for years to come, if ever as it's more breathable nylon instead of the heavy plastic that comprised the nursery one.
