Brown rice, rice bran and water.
Store in a cool and dry place. Stovetop Cooking Instruction: Put one package of pasta into 4 qt (3.78 lt) of boiling water and add a tbsp of salt. Stir occasionally and cook for 16-17 minutes until desired tenderness is reached. Rinse with cold water. Drain well. For best result, rid pasta of surface moisture. Can be served hot or warm with any kind of pasta sauce or in your favorite pasta recipes, hot soup, in salad, stir-fried, or as a casserole. Use it as you would like any regular pasta. The good texture of Tinkyada can withstand quite a bit of over-cooking. Quick and Energy-Saving Cooking: Cook 1 to 2 minutes in boiling water. Switch off stove. Cover pot for about 20 minutes. Ready to serve.

I'm not going to try to make up a different review for each of the Tinkyada products we've tried - because this fits all of them. These folks really have done the gluten free community a huge favor. And Amazon's prices are as good or better than anywhere else I've found this (once you figure shipping costs and possibly state/local sales taxes). Either buy something else to get your order up to $25 (free shipping), or just stock up on Tinkyada all by itself to get 25 pounds.
Also, don't forget about Amazon's subscription program for food - it lowers your cost an additional 15% and shipping is also free shipping.
Bottom line: nothing else in the gluten free pasta world equals Tinkyada, in my opinion as well as my wife's (and she doesn't even NEED to be gluten free).
