The best gluten free pasta brand I have ever tried.
I truly doubt whether anyone could detect the difference between the taste and texture of this rice pasta and regular wheat pasta.
Imagine my surprise today when I cooked it up and found it not only holds its shape but tastes good and handles sauce beautifully.
