I've read of the health benefits of lentils as much as everyone else has, but could never find a liking for them. This could be because the only recipe I had ever had for them was a lentil soup recipe that I grew up on and never liked.

I've tried several recipes from this book and actually have started keeping a stock of lentil's in my pantry because of it. It really is a very versatile ingredient. I'm thoroughly enjoying this new addition to my kitchen.

I have been eating lentils for years due to health issues, but have never done anything with them except make soup. I make a similar soup, but with more vegetables and a lot more cumin along with curry. I think mine is probably better than the author's recipe for Appetite Primer Lentil Soup because eat my soup as an entire meal! Even so, the recipes look good and definitely gives me more selections! Can't wait to give them a try - much recommended.

Lentils are one of the finest and nutritionally mighty elements of the nature. It is tasted worldwide and it has so many health benefits. This book here is a perfect example of what can be done with lentils. The recipes here are completely original and i have enjoyed making some. For everyone who loves to make creative dishes try this one!

Some good recipes and worth the free download. Pity there is not an easier way to E-Mail and print the recipes, so having a Kindle reader on a PC is the best way of doing this and use the Snipping Tool in Win 7 (and 8) to grab recipes and paste and print them. Not to rip off the recipes, but to have them in the kitchen for when you want to use them.

A cookbook just for lentils is worth it in itself. We love lentils and I am happy to have found a cookbook al about my favorite bean. Definitely a must for any lentil lover and also for those who have not experienced the wonders of the lentil....healthy, filling and tasty...enjoy!
