5.0 out of 5 stars The first time my son saw this, he fell in love!
My son was about 2 months old when I took him from the basinett and put him in the crib. He instantly fell in love with his mobile. In my opinion, the music plays just long enough. If it plays TOO long, then it will just keep him up. Also, by the time it is done, I am in my bedroom and ready to set up the monitor. I like to hear him, not the mobile... know what I...

3.0 out of 5 stars short, but sweet
This mobile is very cute, but it doesn't play long enough and my daughter gets frustrated. She likes to watch it when she is tired, but it stops short of getting her to sleep. If I go in and wind it back up, the sound of the winding startles her. It does match her nursery nicely, but I will probably end up getting something different (battery operated) for her nap time...

I like to hear him, not the mobile... know what I mean? I especially like the little bumble bee in the middle with the reflective surface. It gives it the added touch some other mobiles miss.

Another great feature - you can attach this to the wall if needed. I don't know if I will ever take advantage of this feature, but I like knowing I have that option!

I give this a definite two thumbs up!

4.0 out of 5 stars Cute, April 1, 2003

I really like the way this mobile looks on my son's crib. He can see more than just the underside of Pooh and his buddies, which is more than I can say for many of the mobiles out there. With this mobile, he can see a variety of colors and faces. In the center is a bee with a baby safe mirror so that my son can see his own reflection. It is a wind-up, which is a bit annoying. My biggest complaint is with assembly. After I FINALLY got the mobile and all its components out of the very extensive packaging, I found that that the ONLY way it will fit together is when you put the big, round, screw-on anchor in on the crib side instead of on the outside of the crib. We even took it apart and tried to get it to work the other way, but it doesn't. So my son's bumper sticks out quite a bit because of this.

5.0 out of 5 stars My daughter absolutely loves this mobile, March 3, 2004

I bought this mobile to replace her other one she didn't like. The Pooh characters are large for her to see from a safe distance outside her reach. The mobile has an on/off slide switch that you can use to rewind the music box and to use when you put your child in the crib or cradle. Her other mobile doesn't have any of these features. The colors are bright to get her attention. When I use it she lights up and starts to giggle. Which makes me laugh. I had no problems puting this mobile together it took only 3 minutes. The only problem is that my daughter gets upset when it stops playing. It's a great mobile

5.0 out of 5 stars Cute and Entertaining, February 14, 2004

My 2 month old son loves his Pooh Mobile. He will lay in his crib quite content and entertained by the little animals: Pooh, Eyore, Piglet, and Tigger. The bee in the center has a reflective "mirror" which mesmorizes him. The music is nice, but doesn't put him to sleep, but rather keeps him up. (Maybe too loud??) He can lay for quite awhile just cooing at the animals going around.

We were able to secure the bulky knob to our crib, with a bumper, with no trouble. We repositioned the bumper so that the opening fits AROUND the knob. The product states that it is only intended for infants up to 5 months. Once my little guy gets bigger, we will probably end up moving it to the wall-mount (instructions included) or to another location, to prevent him from hurting himself on the knob or plastic mobile arm. That's if he still likes it at that time.

The biggest complaint I have, is with the (bleeping) *@#*! packaging, which takes a PhD (or a 3-year old) to figure out how to undo! Good grief. It took several minutes just to figure out how to rip open the package. Then, you need to be EXTREMELY careful about cutting the little plastic fasteners off the animals, so that you get all of the pieces and the baby does not eat them...without cutting the stuffed animals.

All-in-all, a cute toy. A remote would make this product even better.

My 2 month old baby LOVES this mobile. She smiles and laughs every time I crank it up. However, she cries when it stops. Since it stops every 3 minutes I have to spend about a minute cranking it up for every 3 minutes of happiness.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very interesting for babies!, October 6, 2005
This review is from: Disney Pooh - Mobile (Baby Product)
I love this mobile. The contrast in colors are fantastic and is just what babies are interested in looking at. My son loves looking at the characters and would often stop him from crying when I turn it on.

The song plays long enough, although I sometimes have to crank it a 2nd time before my son falls asleep. And there is also a mechanism to stop the mobile if needed for those nights when the baby falls asleep fast.

1.0 out of 5 stars Crooked, gets stuck, song lasts 20 seconds, August 9, 2005
This review is from: Disney Pooh - Mobile (Baby Product)
I bought this adorable mobile in hopes that my 3 month old would enjoy watching it move about and listen to the music. The crank is so loud, and the music lasts around 20-30 seconds. You have to stand next to the mobile and the crib and escort Pooh around the arm of the mobile - it's horribly designed. Pooh's too big to make it past the arm so the mobile goes 3/4 turn and gets stuck. If you want to stand at your crib and keep turning a mobile; you'll already be close to re-wind the music as well. BUT if you want to be able to start a mobile and LEAVE the room, don't buy this one. Cheap and plasticky...the only positive thing about it is the adorable characters on it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very Adorable entertaining Piece in my daughter's nursery, December 19, 2004
This review is from: Disney Pooh - Mobile (Baby Product)
My 3 month old daughter's face delight up when I turn this mobile on. She enjoys the characters as well as the music. Only complain is that the music is of short duration probably 3 minutes and pooh character is not that classy(material looks cheap). Otherwise it is just so cute and adorable, my daughter loves it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Laughter every time, August 15, 2005
This review is from: Disney Pooh - Mobile (Baby Product)
My 5 month old daughter falls out laughing everytime I place her on her back in the crib. She knows it Pooh Time. Also, If your crib's side rails are not leveled straight (no curves or slopes) I do not recommend. My mobile does not stand up straight.
