You can create the classic overhead gym, or move the connector to let the rings and toys dangle closer to baby for tummy time. Adjust and customize the arches and toys to suit your baby's individual developmental stage or play preferences.
20 Minutes of Lights and Music
Baby will be engaged and delight over the caterpillar toy with lights and music. For younger babies, parents can simply turn the caterpillar on, and lights and music will play continuously for 20 minutes. As your baby grows, they can take control of the play. Just switch the toy to baby-activated mode, and lights and music will be activated by your baby's touch. Parents will also appreciate the two-level volume control. This activity mat is a lot of fun for our infant and has good features such as adjustable volume, two modes of play and movable toys. I like that you can adjust the height/position of the toy clips and that you can change the toys around to different positions.
We had the FP Rainforest mat for our first child and while this mat is nice we liked the Rainforest one more, for three main reasons: the music cycle is longer, the lights are at the top middle instead of off to the side, and the FP square mat is a bigger size/better shape. If we hadn't had that mat the first time around though, we would love this one.

I think this mat is adorable and big enough for a baby to love. I like that the straps are adjustable to different levels and can be removed easily. I have not had my baby yet, but I already like this mat more than the one I had with my firstborn. I expect my baby will too. I'll know for sure this summer.
