Bought this for a 1985 raleigh elkhornm that takes an odd size bearing race. Would give it five stars but nothing this cheap can earn five. The finish could be a little better on the chrome, but then it would have to cost $50 bucks, instead of $12bucks! Great value for the money. Design ensures it will not loosen. This is not however a sealed design. Still a great value for the money.

I installed this on an older Haro and it really gives it that nice clean look. Easy to install and stays tight.
