Well let me first start with the gun itself
well you all know that its basically a tippmann 98 custom with external parts such as a 11 inch barrel and stock. anyways the gun is pretty solid, it is all metal except the part that covers the barrel, that is plastic its an m4 look alike thats the part im talking about, the stock is also hard abs plastic. The clip is also plastic and can open up it seems fragile but is overall pretty good. Ive shot around 1500 paintballs so far no problems no jams. It has sights which are good an adjustable stock and is acctually pretty heavy, not ridiculosly tho.
The mask is a great mask its a Xtreme mask. It pinches your nose abit but is bearable it only fogs once in a while not too much. The hopper is also a name branded thing it is not a no name throwaway. its xarmor branded and is ok for 200 paintballs. The tank is a pure energy 20 oz bottle its also good dropped a few times no damage its not that heavy. The next thing is that it comes with 2 squeges 1 bottle of oil and 1 packet of oil. The harness is great especially for big people i have it on one of the loweset settings and it fits me fine. It has 6 pods all of hard plastic the problem with the package is that i recieved the remote coil busted. The coil itself looks fine however when you plug it in it leaks air from its bypass hole. Why? no clue ive had it checked out byu pros at the shop near me and they said its broken. I was also missing an o ring on it which was put in and it still leaks i would like to get another one to replace this soon i will be calling up the company soon. the coil is a rap4 coil. Overall its good i recieve compliments for the gun. I have upgraded to a nitro bottle with a gauge and its good.
shipping was 3 days so it was all good overall its a great package just make sure you dont get jibbed by the coil call up and ask like me.

This is a great gun combo kit thus far we have had it 2 months and have shot 2,000 paint balls with it without any problems. My son thinks it is the coolest. He is 10 years old. I checked at the local paint ball shop and they said this was a great gun. Hope this helps. Everything came just as pictured. The case though will not hold the gun assembled.

I did research for about 3 months on what is the best buy for a starter paintball marker. After length research I chose TIPPMAN (also considered BT) as our best option for the money. I needed to purchase two sets (one for me and one for my son), so I wanted something dependable. I also looked for specific items that would help me as we were joining a MilSim scenario paintball team, and there were a lot of items needed for us to get started. Of course we are on a budget and as anyone knows paintball is NOT a inexpensive sport to play. This kit was by far the BEST kit at the lowest price that we found on the market. Both me and my son love our marker kit and continue to add accessories to our marker. I would recommend this kit as a great starter kit for anyone!!!

Excellent package. I bought this for my son who has been borrowing paintball equipment from friends for the last 18months. The package arrived on time and intact. The remote coil for the tank is a very nice addition. It has functioned well without any defect after its first 2000 rounds.
My son is the envy of the other players and one of his friends commented that they are now afraid to play with him! "It is scary accurate and powerful."
The only negative would be that it must be disassembled to fit in the provided bag. This however also promotes the good practice of breaking the marker down and cleaning it regularly!
I would not hesitate to purchase this package again.

I am fairly new to the world of paintball, and this is the first marker I have owned. I have however used several different markers. This one is the best of the markers I have had experience with. First of all, you can't beat the look. The military styling is just gorgeous in my opinion. It is very sturdy, a well made marker. Out of the box this thing runs like a champ. The stock barrel is pretty accurate as well. I did upgrade to a rifled 18" barrel and the accuracy is even better. I have run approx. 1500 balls through it and I have only chopped 1 (Inertia paintballs). I noticed some complaining about having to shake it to get the paintballs down to fire, but this is typical with ALL paintball markers. The balls get jammed up in the hopper, it happens. If you want to avoid this, then upgrade to a cyclone fed hopper. The only minor complaint I have with the marker is when you have the extended stock on, there is no room for your arm because of the CO2 canister. However, this is easily overcome by using a smaller canister or by using the cord to move the canister to your back/side.

The kit is where this loses the star. The hopper barely fits, and was slightly cracked. I got it assembled finally, but now I leave it that way. The good thing about the design of the Alpha Black is the piece the hopper connects to easily removes. I also would have preferred a vest, the waist belt, corset, whatever it is, is a bit awkward. The mask is pretty good as well, although I do plan on getting a better one very soon.

Overall this kit is very nice and well worth the money.

I'm new to paintball & was slightly skeptical of what the product would be like. The many other extremely positive reviews persuaded my decision to go with the package. I got the package on estimated receive date. I am so NOT disappointed! This kit is too awesome. Everything in it from the M6 to the pod and pod vest to the hopper screams great quality. This gun looks so intimidating on the field which prompted many ooooh's and aaaah's. Note: This M6 is semi-automatic only. Nonetheless, it's sweet. Everything you need comes in this package. You will not be disappointed! Accuracy was very good to say the least. Never had a problem in the field.
One word of false caution: The mask it comes with looks cheap. Feels cheap. I already had a different mask when I got this kit. I hate my old mask because it fogs up no matter what you do. Looks can be very deceiving when it comes to the mask in the kit. I didn't take it to the field cause I figured it was crapier than the mask I already owned. When I got home from the field, I decided to breath in the mask to see if it would fog up. To my shock it did not. I ran around the house chasing my kids for a while with the mask on and I got absolutely no fog. I started to get moisture but no fog whatsoever. The mask rocks. Amazon has the same mask for individual sale for around $15. And to think I thought about spending $100 on a mask.
Overall, I give this package deal 5 stars. Buy it. You won't regret it.

This is a really great gun, especialy for beginers. It shots great and is very accurate. I am very happy with my purchase.

I've only used mine once, but here goes anyway... The gun is great, the mask is nice, the hose is VERY convinient. I don't care for the belt, but for all the stuff that comes in this combo pack, it'll work. I would have liked to have a vest instead, but that's just me. I still need to monkey with it a little as far as the off set loader... The only reason I gave it 5 stars is that I had to shake the gun to get paintballs to load. I ordered the cyclone loader system w/ low profile hopper, so I'll see how that does and write another review if anyone finds this helpfull. I love the realistic feel of it and it intimidates...until you meet someone with an automatic... All in all, I recommend this gun, just consider the cyclone feeder...

Great gun, get it. If you can buy it with the e grip, if u can't at the time you can always get it later. Warning this gun is very addicting. Once you get it your going to start buy all sorts of crazy accessories. I'm down like $700 so far but it's worth every penny.

I have looked around and this is the best kit on the market. Even more important it is the best PRICED kit on the market. Thought it would have cheap accessories because of the low price but I was totally wrong. This is great!!!
