Barrel Most Excellent,
By Pomaikaiokalani Kajiyama (Hilo, HI) - See all my reviews Another good thing about this that I got to test out only once is that if you break a ball in the barrel, shooting more balls will clean it out. I managed to finally break a ball when a twig got into my hopper and jammed my gun. After I took the twig out and put more balls in, a few shots and the barrel was clean. Another thing worth noting is the weight. I would say that it weighs about half as much as a normal barrel of the same size, and is much lighter than the flatline. This is good on your arm since the a-5 is already a heavy beast, no need to make it heavier. One bad thing is the size. I think now I would have preferred the 16" version of this barrel, but at the time, this one was on sale here at Amazon. Unless you want the extra 4" for intimidation value, get the 16" or even the 14". Also, I'm not a mil-sim guy, but I know a lot who like this barrel because they can incorporate it well as a sniper barrel for realism.

20'' J&J ceramic barrel,
By
This review is from: 20" Tippmann A5 X7 J&J Ceramic Sniper Paintball Barrel (Misc.)
This is a great barrel, I am relitivly new at paintball. Now when I play people are getting mad at me b/c I can easly hit the accuratly from at least 150ft. I use a tippmann pro/carbine. Most people dont want to play with me anymore. Fits perfectly under the grip for the procarbine. Great "Sniping" barrel (even though there is no such thing as sniping in paintball). Great price. Great item.
