This is made of very cheap plastic. I tried to tighten the screws on to a weaver rail and the base snapped off. Spend the extra money and get something better. I would not recommend anyone buying this unless you feel like burning some cash!

Absolute junk. It's made out of cheap plastic, the lens is so reflective that you can't actually see anything thru it and MOST AMAZINGLY - it doesn't actually fit to a 20mm rail! the adjustment knobs for the windage and elevation don't seem to function, either.

Total garbage.

i have this for my mr1 and i did plan on buying it but later i changed my mind and my parents surprised me with it cuz they got it like 2 weeks before i changed my mind as a surprise. I put it on my marker and tried it but everytime i look into it the red dot changes its place andd messed up my aim its a waste of money it only looks kool and thats it

Disappointed with the sight, then mad at myself for thinking I would get a usable product for such a small price.
The projected laser beam is hard to see and the projection site is distracting, I threw it away. Might work for some, not for me.

this product is trash maybe thats why its so cheap. cant see anything because of glear, dont buy it!

You really get what you pay for. It came with the red dot lighting device half coming off the sight, so I will glue it in place and we will see how it goes from there. But I would not recommend this even at the 7 dollar mark. The rest of the sight feels very cheap as the other reviews have indicated.

this thing is way to big. it's really big and bulky, the adjustments for l/r and up/down actually work but the sight platform becomes very unsteady. it's definately not for a gun and one hit from a paintball would probably trash it.

If... But, it was for my friend, and he seemed to really like it. I honestly its a piece of plastic crap and i would not get it for a paintball marker,a bb/airsoft gun, or any rifle with a picatinny rail system. But, I gave it a 4 star because...my friend liked it and get what you pay for. It's functional, but seems really flimsy and looks like it would break easy. Buy it if you want a cheap sight and are short on cash, but you could pay twice (which is still not much) what you pay for this and get one made of metal that would be much more effective and worth your money.

I bought this one and bought a NcStar D4B. I would recommend spending the extra $20 and get that (or even better) because

A) This model has NO Has light adjustment

&

B) This model is difficult to see the red dot through the Reflex


This one at times when you attempt to look through it at times you don't find your red dot because you are not looking through it on the right angle. In a paintball match do you really want that issue? Even the better one I bought has this issue but it is much much less and now I don't have that issue anymore based on getting use to it. I bet as you buy even better ones this becomes less of an issue (I own two Paintball Guns so wanted to try two models). This is made for I would say a Daisy BB gun where nothing will be shooting at you and you perhaps would have some shade so the light will be visible. In woods ball I could see this working if where you play the sun isn't shining through I also have an adjustable Pica-tinny Rail and once I zeroed my reflex in I was the MVP in Paintball (5 headshots alone that day and 5 other shots).

In a nut shell

PROS:
For Woods-ball (dark woods-ball settings)
NCSTAR HAS PAINTBALL WARRANTY! So if paintball damages you get a new one ($10 back and forth ship though.

CONS:
Have to find the right angle to even see the red dot
No light adjustment
No good for bright Paintball games (Urban/speed-ball/etc)

This sight looks great on your gun but it will not hold up that well. The base is made of plastic and will break if your gun gets banged around. Also you cannot look through the sight if you have a stock attached. It looks good but as far as actually using it, you won't be able to if you have a stock.
