About the Author

E. F. Cash-Dudley, known to her friends and clients as "Eddy" was born and raised in the San Joaquin Valley. She was a "re-entry" woman at Merced Community College and graduated with honors in 1976. She was the valedictorian of her graduating class. In 1979, she graduated from California State University, Stanislaus with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies. She graduated from the University of California, Hastings College Of The Law in 1982 and began practicing family law in Modesto, Cal. Eddy took the examination for certification as a family law specialist in 1986. In February 1988, she was certified as a family law specialist by the California State Bar Board of Legal Certification.
