This is an extremely valuable book. The web is a critical sales channel for me, and the nuggets of hands-on wisdom I have found in this book have already paid off handsomely for my company and me. I am a long-time reader of Inc. magazine, and it is clear that Brad Ketchum has a gift for distilling the most pertinent content from the magazine in a very user-friendly...
