I bought this book way back in 1982 when I was still in high school. Then, I discovered the movie that it was based on. If you get a hold of a copy of "The Final Option" (U.S. Title) or "Who Dares Wins" (UK title) you will not be disappointed. Of course, the book goes into way more detail and character development. In short, get the book and the movie.
