Directions
To make two 8 oz. servings of chai, measure 1 slightly rounded teaspoon of mix, 2 tablespoons of sugar (or other sweetener), and 2 cups of water into a saucepan. Add 2/3 cup milk or soymilk. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Strain and serve. L

They don't skimp on the spice with Tipu's Chai. I have tried this both from concentrate and the instant and both are excellent. The masala has notes of allspice, black pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg and probably other things I couldn't get. Really, really good. Head and shoulders above other chai concentrates that I have tried.

This is really tasty chai tea. The only drawback is that the powder is very fine and it takes a long time to strain it. It clogs up the finest of strainers and it's messy to clean. Cheesecloth is a better idea.
