A simple, easy read with tips on ways to inact change in your sex life today, this book makes it easy to improve your sex life now and build on those foundations for a more fulfilling life in the bedroom in the future. Even those with a healthy sex drive can benefit from this book as it addresses ways to spice things up and get what you want out of sex!

As a therapist myself, I will recommend this book to both my own clients and my friends. It's so great to find a resource I can trust. This book gives real, practical information that is actually based on years of clinical experience and current research--a combination that is hard to find in self-help materials. It uses real life examples and explains everything so clearly and concisely, while also giving specific steps to take. And it's such an important topic!
