Candid, refreshing and very well balanced, Blanchard's book is a blessing for those of us -vegetarians or not- who need to find new dishes that work.
Even though is targeted for the holidays, this is a great book to keep in hand at all times for new and imaginative ideas to serve creative and healthy treats or planning interesting menus for entertaining

Great book, I use the yule log recipe (easy and amazing flavor) every year at holiday time! I use several other recipes year round. I just wish she's do a follow-up book :) Come on Nanette!!!
