This watch is really an eye catcher. It is sporty enough for everyday use, and just as apt in a suit.

Some points about the watch:

The rubber watch band is very, very comfortable. The sizing was very easy; it can be done with the end of an earring, and takes only a few minutes. I only have about a 6.5'' wrist and the watch was easily sized for my wrist. The watch does not look too big either; its size is perfect and does not shake around on the wrist. I expect that the summer months will require the band to be loosens by one notch on the band, but that shouldn't be a problem.

The weight of the watch is nice and hefty; you can feel it on your wrist, but it is not distracting.

The Sapphire crystal is fantastic. No need to worry about scratching the face of the watch anymore. Only a diamond could cause problems.

The date window takes approximately 2 hours or so to change to the next date. I've noticed that the window begins to change around 10:15 or 10:30 and doesn't finish until 12:30 or so. My old watch (a rugged Swiss Army Renegade) would click over to the next date just after midnight. I would prefer it to click over, but it really isn't that big of a problem for me. I still like the watch.

The date window magnifier really doesn't magnify all that much. I haven't checked online to find out how much it officially magnifies, but it appears that the magnifier is more about the look of the watch than really magnifying the date. You can still see the date just fine, but I was expecting a true magnifier as you would find on a Rolex Submariner. This one maybe makes it only 1.5x larger if that.

One of the other things I really liked about my Swiss Army Renegade was its luminous hands that stayed lit all night long. The luminous hands on this watch stay lit only about 1.5 hours or so at night and then you can't tell the time at all, really. Aside from telling time in the dark, I was used to the Swiss Army Renegade with its black face and light colored numbers and hands. This made it easy to tell the time with a quick glance at the watch. On the T-Race, you don't necessarily get to make a quick glance (try a couple second glance) - the hands are shiny, stainless steel and sometimes don't appear easily depending on what is reflecting off them and how your arm is positioned in the light. Some may be annoyed at this. An Omega Seamaster style contrasting dial and hands it is not.

To sum it up, I really like this watch a lot. It is a very stylish everyday watch, and it goes with everything I wear, very comfortable, in addition to getting compliments. I like the style of Tissot watches, and the watch really looks better in person than it does in pics. Take the comments and determine for yourself if any of them would annoy you or not. I still think this watch is worthy of a 4-5 star rating. They don't really bother me all that much. I think it would be a nice addition to any watch collection.

The watch is perfect.i love the watch and its perfect condition. There is only a problem. There isnt an authorized warranty. Just seller warranty.

Bought this watch for my husband and looks great! Better in person. Wonderful look and nice quality watch. Very comfortable strap design, my husband really loves it and gets many compiments. Delivery was fast and packaged nice. Thanks amazon!

This is a very nice watch. It is a very modern and very distinguished looking watch in both formal wear and informal wear. I definately recommend this watch. All my friends want it and it looks like an expensive watch made of high quality materials, a gem.

I purchased this watch for a number of reasons, but primarily because I loved the black face/wrist band combo. I'm an automobile enthusiast, so the brake rotor/caliper design tickled me. I love the orange highlights as well, but thought the orange band was a bit much for my taste.

I have a number of Seikos, Citizens, and an antique Rolex, but the Tissot is what I prefer to wear everyday. The rubber wrist band is crazy comfortable--never pinching, and always seems to fit perfectly, even on the days you may feel a bit puffy. My only critique of the watch is the steel bezel--it's pretty easy to scuff up the metal part of the "caliper" part (date window). Fortunately, the sapphire crystal has help up beautifully and has nary a mark despite wearing it every day for over 2 year.

Oh, and not a week goes by that someone doesn't compliment the looks...so that doesn't hurt either. And yes, it keeps great time, but that's sort of a no brainer--it's a Tissot!
