Tisso's PRS516 Automatic,

This Tissot not only looks great and has perfect quality construction it has a Valjoux 7750 caliber that is basically the same has the TAG caliber 16. If you compare this watch with a Carrera caliber 16 from TAG they look like brothers (in the black dial version); the difference is that Tissot list is $1750 in Canada compare to around $4000 for the Carrera...Plus this Tissot is inspired from their vintage rally watches from the 60's (hour markers, needles, rally steering wheel holes in the wrist band etc. looks identical to the original) except for the chronograph part but you can buy a PRS 516 basic if you really want an even more vintage look( it is less expensive). I don't want to forget talking about the AMAZON SERVICE it was OUTSTANDING. I ordered my watch on the phone with Heater from Amazon late on a monday. It was shipped tuesday afternoon with a 3 days agreement custom and duty prepaid to Canada. Tuesday night I traced on the web UPS and the watch already and traveled two cities to the closest UPS airport depot. Wednesday early AM I find the watch already in MIrabel airport in Québec Canada waiting for transfer to Dorval and custom review. I was amazed then to find that at 9:00AM it was already cleared and out for delivery before 1:00AM. M.Brown knocked at my door in Laval Québec at 10 to 11:00!!! It was worth the extra $$ for shipment and clearing tks. Amazon and UPS. P.S: Excuse my french! Le Québec vous salut! |
