I was looking for a watch that could serve me well in both business and casual occasions, from a watchmaker that offered reliability and affordability. After talking to friends --owners of Tissot and other brand watches-- and weighing the pros and cons I settled for the PR50.
One thing you'll find is that watches of this caliber and above scarcely ever are the target of complaints. I heard only good things about them, and had to make my decision based on how much I was willing to spend and on how versatile the watch was. To me, a leather wristband watch would be too formal, whereas a rubber one would be too sporty. With the PR50 I believe to have attained the best of both worlds.
