I thought that this was an excellent watch and one of my favorite to wear. Like other PR50's (this was the second I bought) it weighs hardly nothing, which is nice. You hardly know that you are wearing it. But it still does what it needs to, tell accurate time, show the date, and look good doing it. The face is actually carbon fiber, and really plays off the racing theme.
If your used to automatic watches, this watch is not you you. You will be missing the weight on your wrist and convinced you forgot your watch.
The watch is constructed great, good looking, and comfortable to wear. This is the 5th Tissot I purchased (including a T-Touch), and I find myself wearing this one more then the others.

I hate to give bad reviews to objects that I love, i.e. Watches. This watch is one of the worst watches that I have ever seen made by a reputable watch brand. This doesn't look like a tissot, I own a PRS 516 Chronograph which is one of the best watches I have ever worn. The PR 50 Nascar looks like a kid's watch. The only thing that is decent is the watch box. It hardly weights a couple of ounces, it looks cheap, the watch band is worst that the watch itself. Do yourself a favor and avoid it; you are better off with a Timex or a Casio, plus you will save some bucks.

i had this watch for like 2 years and i wanted to have it forever. it was easy to read and the hands and notches glow so it's also readable in the dark. after maybe a year the date wouldn't roll to the correct day or something, maybe it's just because i didn't correct it (since it goes to 31 if a month only has 30 days you gotta adjust it). anyway i loved this watch and then the band broke. i'm gonna try to buy it again. i hit the face probably a hundred times and thought i broke it but not a single scratch.
