The watch case and bracelet are made from solid titanium, which is nearly 50 percent lighter than steel, but 30 percent stronger. It's also particularly resistant to salt water corrosion, as well as hypo-allergenic--perfect for those with metal allergies. The digital chronograph enables you to time events up to 10 hours, displaying results to 1/10th of a second, and it offers standard start/stop functionality as well as a split (intermediate) function. It features a white dial with silver Arabic numeral quarter hour markers, silver-outlined hands (with seconds hand), and small minute indexes. Other features include a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and water resistance to 30 meters (99 feet).

I intended this as a gift for my wife's recent promotion at work, but when we received it, we both could not read the digital display, except when it was held under a direct light/lamp. It is impossible to read it in daylight conditions, in the house.Also, the manual sent with this expensive watch did not tell how to set the date, dual-time, or the alarm. We figured it out by trial and error. Beautiful watch, but it needs a "Timex" style backlight for the digital functions and a proper user manual.
