In Titanic: Adventure Out of Time, you are a spy during WWII who has the chance to go back in time to sail again on the Titanic. It turns out there are items you missed your first time around that were crucial to Hitler gaining power in Europe, so you must gather them to save lives. Among them are the Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam and a painting. Of course, in addition to dodging menacing characters and gathering these hard-to-obtain items, you must find a way to survive the sinking of the famous ship.

The graphics are beautiful. The ship is based on the real Titanic, so playing this game is like being on the actual ship in all of its luxury. There are some places you cannot go, but many of the famous places are recreated. You can explore the grand staircase, the first class staterooms, the telegraph office, the captain's deck, the Turkish bath, the boiler room, and more.

The characters are excellent. They're animated from real actors, and they move pretty fluidly but have a few standard poses that they go through based on their moods. There are also relationships between them that can be uncovered, so they seem much more real. These relationships sometimes lead to side-goals in addition to your main task. This complexity makes the game's world seem more realistic, and it makes playing the game multiple times more fun.

I had a hard time getting going with this game the first time I played it. There are a few things you must do to start the wheels of the game in motion, so I recommend having the cheat book close by. There are a few puzzles, like the nesting dolls and disarming the bomb, which go much smoother with the answers in your lap.

My son has learned everything there is about the Titanic. He know wants to be a ship builder and a Captain too. This game is really great. Super graphic's and it is fun to actually walk the decks of the Titanic. You get to interact with people on the ship and search for different things to help you keep the Titanic from sinking.

I'd reccomend this game to any gamer with a PC.
But SOMETIMES the game messes up your computer but that aside the game is the best stradigy game you will ever play.

I bought this game about ten years ago... and I STILL love to replay it! If you're a Titanic lover... go for it!

This is an amazing game, with little violence but lots of intrigue. Not too easy and not too difficult. I had had this game for some time when I gave to my grandson. I then decided I wanted to play it again , so I found a copy on Amazon. Problem was I originally bought it when I used Windows 98, and now it would not run on my updated Windows Vista computer. So I had to search online to find a Windows 98 computer to play it on. All this for a video game that I thoroughly enjoy. Titanic is such a game.

I remember buying this game when it was brand new and spent hours exploring the ship and trying to solve the game. There are so many different path and story lines in this game that you could replay it many times with different results.

this program cds are backward, you have to use disc 2 first and its
for windows 95 i could not play all of it i have xp and it would crash
i would like to be able to play it all. can you fix it so it will play
on xp windows

This is the best game in the world to use with middle school kids to teach reasoning skills. UNFORTUNATELY it only runs on windows 97 or such and it won't work for me. If you can use it...Get it! It is fun.

The game is ok, but the real gem is the ability to walk around the Titanic. If you're really into the Titanic, then this tour is really worth the price of admission.

I got this videogame two weeks ago in august this very year-2007.When i first played the videogame i loved it,and it was so much fun.But now i am playing the game mode.The mission i am on now is i have to get the notebook.This videogame is also good Titanic fans too.I strongly say it one of the best Titanic merchandise i ever have.
