"Titanic with Zombies" is a pretty self-explanatory title, but I feel like the cover does not do the book justice. It is actually a well-written, and presumably well-researched, book. It's a fun and compelling read, and not as campy as the cover makes it appear. I found it thrilling and fast-paced in all the right places. The actual sinking of the ship made for a suspenseful read, although the James Cameron movie has already ingrained most of the visuals for all of us. 2012 is a good year for the writer to market this book, it being the 100th anniversary of the real disaster. Good job overall.

Like many people, I've always found the Titanic interesting. I also like a good thriller. Thus the combination of zombies and the Titanic was no hard sell for me. I enjoyed this book. It was a fun, fast read. The author does an excellent job of integrating the two story lines together into one coherent and enjoyable story. His descriptions of the Titanic, both the ship itself and the sinking, were very believable, showing that the author clearly did his research. The characters are likable and I found myself genuinely desiring to see certain characters make it out alive.

I highly recommend this book and I look forward to reading the next installment.

titanic and zombies? at first glance it seemed silly and while some parts of it gave me an eye roll it was a good one. entertaining and as someone who studies titianic history full of facts...minus the zombies. worth the small fee!
