I needed a timer for my home gym and bought the one I was familiar with from the boxing gym I go to.

Pros: Easily visible box/warning/rest lights. Easily heard, but not screaming loud. Variable round times.

Cons: None.

Works great. Would definitively buy again or recommend to a friend or gym.

I bought this timer to teach kettlebell, circuit training, and cardio kickboxing at the gym. It is everything I had hoped for. It has two minute and three minute rounds with a 20 second warning bell. You can set the rest timer for 30 seconds or 60. It is a no brainer to use - didn't even come with directions, just plug it in and - voila! I really would not be able to teach my classes effectively without it. I was very hesitant about the price. It seemed like a lot of money to spend on a bell, as I am a very thrifty person. Once I got over the cost, I can honestly say I am very pleased with the purchase. (Although still not sure why the darn things cost so much!)

This round timer is very durable and it is worth the price because you'll only need to buy one of these your entire life. It is a little loud, but you can tape a little gauze or hand wrap over the speaker to muffle that sound if you are doing a yoga or Pilates class as opposed to boxing or MMA.

This product works fine. The only problem to note is there isn't a real volume control. They have a switch on the back that is basically loud or louder. Great for gyms, avoid for home gyms.

No issues, delivery and function all perfect. Very well constructed. Easy to set desired times. You don't have to be a Boxer or a gym to purchase this item. If you work out at home and like to set the pace of your circuit training this is the product for you.

Finally a great timer that also has volume control! My husband and I use this in a gym where there are yoga and pilates classes going on. Most timers are just way too loud and the classes can hear them through the walls! This one works great-you can set it for 2 or 3 minute rounds and it also has a low and high volume setting.
