I purchased the 140-pound model and I love it! I also looked at other brands with similar bags, like the UFC Grappling bag version of this bag, but all the other brands were not as heavy as this bag which ultimately sold me on my purchase. For the cost this heavy bad is excellent quality and can take abuse. I have kicked, punched, thrown, slammed and dragged this bag all over my yard and garage over a year with no issues. The anatomical torso shape is ideal; it simulates a real training partner to allow you to perfect both throwing and ground-and-pounding techniques with uppercuts, elbow and knee strikes, as well as anything you can dream up and throw at this bag. This bag is great for cardio workouts, cross-fitness and obviously MMA. I cannot recommend this item more, get and beat the crap out of it... you will love it!
