great product
this shadowboxer is a great addition for your workout. i come from more of a grappling background, but it was recommended to me by a kickboxer and i added it to my workouts. i've noticed a big difference in my cardio and i've gained a little muscle as well. i recommend this to anyone who wants a good, fun, and convenient workout.

For what you pay for...
This would be awesome if: 1. If you had baby midget arms. 2. Were the same diameter of a 12 year-old. 3. Dont expect much. Listen guys, this is a 5 dollar piece of training equipment. Buy a large rubber band, place a thin foam grip on each end, then try to shadow box. Once you lose grip, and you will, try to avoid the loose end...
