Easy product to mold if you follow the instructions. Once molded takes one time using to be comfortable with it, and be able to talk almost normally. Would recommend for basketball.

Got my order really fast! Ordered these for my son who plays football. I really like that you get two in the package along with two straps to attach to helmet. The color choices are pretty cool too. Better quality than some of the other mouth pieces he's had in the past.

Great mouthpiece! The mouthpiecefits very well if u follow the instructions. It even has a little grouve to cover the tops of the bottom teeth. Its bigger then shock doctor but feels more secure. It also cones with two mouthpieces.

best boil-molded mouthpiece I've ever owned,

I own a dentist-fitted mouthpiece, but it's red and I discovered on a recent trip to England that English amateur boxing rules don't allow red mouthpieces. I picked one of these up at a local sports store and molded it in a cup of hot water from a coffee shop. It molded extremely well, even in less-than-ideal conditions, and it remained in mouth through the duration of training sessions and my bout without me thinking about it or needing to clench my jaw to keep it in my mouth. it's bulkier than my dentist-molded piece, but also less than one tenth the price, and definitely worth the money if you're in the market for a mouthpiece and don't want to spring for an expensive dentist-made one.

Very happy with this product. My child loved wearing it while playing hockey.
Came with everything to attach it right to his helmet and fit perfect in his mouth.

As a kid that played football I used many a mouthguards. I have to say this is the hardest one I have molded. It is not impossible but you do have to take your time with it. And it may take a few times to get it right. Once molded you can feel your lower jaw shift to the front of your mouth to create the space and cusion at the back of your jaw it claims. Now that I have mine molded and use it about 5 hours a week I have to say that Iam happy with it.

I tried this one out and I'm surprised. I had to put mine in the water for a while longer than the directions say, and when it was done fitting the indentations in the guard didn't seem too deep so I didn't think it was going to work too well. But the fit is awesome and if you fit it with your jaw forward it does an AWESOME job of stabilizing the jaw. It does that without being all huge like you've got a big orange wedge sticking out the front of your mouth like some jaw-stabilizing mouthguards(that cost more). It's a good enough fit that you have to pop it off of your upper row of teeth, which is a characteristic of a dentist-made mouthguard. I'm thinking I'll play with these to see how to get the best fit out of them and then buy another one.
With water from a coffeepot: 120 seconds submerged 30 seconds of fitting 30 seconds under cool, LIGHT RUNNING tap water I'll try 150 seconds and see what happens.
