About the Author

Hiroshi Tasaka graduated from the University of Tokyo in 1981 with a PhD in nuclear engineering. He worked as a researcher in different capacities around the world until 2000, when he founded SophiaBank, a think tank that fosters and supports social entrepreneurs in order to propose new visions, policies and strategies that will bring about change in global society. Tasaka is a philosopher who has put forward new ideas about the philosophy of life and work; business and management styles; marketing and industrial strategies; social and government policies; and visions of the Internet revolution and the knowledge society. He has written over 40 books on these topics, all in an effort to help society grow towards a peaceful, affluent and purpose-driven harmony.

Its about how to plan what you will do with your life and why you should do so.

Its not a big book at all but pretty good, I usually dont read a book twice but this will be an exception.

we all are attracted about solutions and ideas which respond to the question: why I am alive? what is the purpose of my life? is there a meaning in my existence? This simple thoughtful sort of poem (or at least written like it was) by Tasaka tellS us small simple truths which help us live a more fulfilling happy life. Tasaka asks us: if in the day of your death a misterious individual comes to see you and asks you "would you live your life again? again and again? identical to the one one you lived? with no Buts and not If onlys?" what would you respond? this great book teaches us to respond YES!
