Toast of the Coast provides lovely menu suggestions from a a supper club to brunch to a game day picnic! It offers one a glimpse into the Greater Jacksonville area as Florida's first coast. Personal favorites include many from the "Party Starters" section...Beach Bites, Savory Bruschetta, Asiago Puffs (very inexpensive and so delicious!), and Mango and Corn Salsa! Both the Ortega Lemonade and the Cava Sangria are fabulous drinks! From apps to dessert, this book is a winner!
