This is great for making toasted sandwiches, but it was difficult putting the sandwich into the bag. Awesome for grilled cheese, melted cheese oozes to the bottom of the bag, doesn't leak and you can wash them with hot water and soap afterwards.

I bought these to try and prevent cross contamination as I am on a gluten free diet and my family is not.............they are wonderful - they do get some minor burn marks on them however I do not think this affects anything it just doesn't look as nice - I am getting ready to order more - I just made french toast in them LOL!! I didn't use egg - liquid vanilla coffee creamer - vanilla extract - cinnamon etc and of course my udi's gluten free bread (which is alot stiffer than say wonder bread) shook off excess liquid and toasted - I was nervous so I kept popping up the toaster to make sure It wasn't going to catch fire - but It turned out super crunchy and yummy~
I do put my bags on the top rack of the dishwasher and turn out just fine~

I was very excited about this product and my first couple cheese sandwiches came out great BUT I'm not sure the bags can be reused as much as they claim. Sandwich quality went down (bread over toasted, cheese didn't melt) the more times I used a bag. Also you have to use very thin bread to get it to fit in the bag and toaster. Overall, it's OK, but I wouldn't bother purchasing a second time.
