5.0 out of 5 stars Toda, toda, todita Mafalda!, May 11, 2002
By karibbeangirl "karibbeangirl" (Saint Paul, MN United States) - See all my reviews

5.0 out of 5 stars Indispensable para todo Monero, January 7, 2001

5.0 out of 5 stars Essential for any collection, April 29, 2004
By Rich (Columbus, OH United States) - See all my reviews
I think this book is essential to the home of every single spanish speaking american. Quino was way ahead of his time. Imagine Peanuts with a Doonesbury wrinkle throw in some Far Side and you start to get an idea of what Mafalda was all about. The kick was that it was written in the 60's and 70's. Unfortunately, many of the issues of that day are still far too relevant. For instance, there are many middle east strips that are as relevant today as they were then. This book features every single Mafalda strip and is a bargain at the asking price.
