First of all, Brands On Sale has the worst store service that I have ever experienced and I will not shop with them in the future.
The costume is cute. However, I needed to spend extra money to adjust the pants' waist, which had no elasticity, and thus the pants kept on dropping down on my 3 year old body. The mail bag could not stay on the body either, because the same velcro's end piece was used at each connecting point. Lastly, the hat was a disappointment, since it was shallow and came in with no strap to stay on the head. Note, the black strap you see on the hat was not recieved.

Costume is just like the picture and very cute. While not high-quality garments by any means (it is a costume), it did stand up to repeated wearings over 2-3 years. And our real postman got a kick out of seeing our son in it!
The costume is very cute! A little big for my son, who wears a 2T but still very cute! We got several compliments on it and several inquiries as to where we bought it. Like most costumes it could be made a little better. But overall we were very pleased with it.
