For THREE years now, this is how I have been making my coffee. The Toddy system is so simple. You filter your coffee with cold water, and let it sit for 12 hours (or overnight). I know this sounds strange, but this method, and these filters, remove over 75% of the acid and oils from the coffee. Not only is this better for you and your stomach, but the coffee tastes so much better, with no bitter taste. People who try my coffee are totally amazed. Moreover, this system uses no electricity. I make my coffee, and store it in the refrigerator in a big pitcher. It lasts about five days to one week. You can drink it cold, or reheat it, whatever your preference.
