This book gives an excellent overview of soy products and cooking with them. I have tried about a dozen of the recipes and each one of them was delicious! This is a great book to use when trying to introduce more soy products into your diet!

I have been experimenting with tofu for a number of years and found this book to be not only a great way to learn more about how to prepare tofu, but also why I should be eating more soyfoods.

The recipes in this book are delicious, providing regular people with easy ways to prepare a variety of dishes from tofu, soymilk, tempeh, isolated soy proteins, miso, soy flour and soy sauce.

I must update my review of this book. Because I was reviewing a similar cookbook at the same time as I reviewed this cookbook, I had a Perry OOPS moment. The noodle salad recipe is not in this book. The two excellent recipes that I like so far are "Sweet and Sour Tempeh" and "Stroganoff with Mushrooms in Creamy Gravy"! In fact, I think I'll make the Stroganoff tonight. Excellent book with lots of good recipes.

Cookbook has some great recipes. Being new to cooking with Tofu and Soy I was not familiar with a lot of the different spices and terms. I have had a hard time locating the spices needed. I should have done more research before ordering the cookbook.
