I've had another brand of dairy-free cream cheese and it was like paste, but Tofutti's is creamy and delicious! I have it on bagels, toast, and crackers, and in any recipe calling for cream cheese. I've used it to make cream cheese frosting for cinnamon rolls, in pumpkin roll filling, and to make cheesecake! And sometimes in more healthy items, like on celery. ;)

Can't believe how good this stuff is. I haven't tried cooking with it but it's great on crackers and bagels. I honestly can't taste a difference between this and real cream cheese.

This cream cheese is for so much more than just bagels! I use it as I would butter on breads, in Mac n' Cheese (with nutritional yeast) and icing. I also mix it with balsamic vinegar and herbs for a lush salad dressing. Try mixing it with a bit of soy or other non dairy milk to make a great sour cream substitute....also works in place of yogurt in Indian recipes.
Can't tell the difference from 'real' cream cheese. Am still looking for a comparable cheddar and mozz 'cheese' though.
