Tim Finn (Split Enz/Crowded House), Bic Runga, and Dave Dobbyn gel very well together in this live recording, singing and playing on each other's songs, during a tour of New Zealand last year. Standout tracks include Good Morning Baby, Loyal, Whaling, and I See Red.

After you hear this CD, you will want to go purchase albums by each of these fine artists.

If you love NZ pop, you'll love this live album, featuring some of the great music to come from Aotearoa in the past 10-15 years (Whaling, I See Red etc). A lot of more recent greats also, like Good Morning Baby (which was on the sound track for American Pie).

Have had this album for a couple of years and just keep playing it. The synergy between the trio means brilliant music, playing some of their best songs. 'Loyal' will always be a winner (and now Team NZ's theme song) and 'Whaling' just rocks. Pride of place in my NZ collection.

This has quickly become one of my favorite CDs. Having only heard "Good Moring Baby" on the radio in Australia, I seeked this album out in the U.S. It was FAR worth it... all three of these artists really sound superb together. Every song is a work of art.

The songs on this album were recorded live from the 'Together in Concert' shows throughout New Zealand. Bic Runga, Tim Finn and Dave Dobbyn are of New Zealands most talented singer/songwriters. Their concerts last year were a sellout and this CD including 5 songs from each of the artists, is almost as good as the live shows were themselves - a little something to remind you of a night to remember. Their voices blend together wonderfully. Hope they do a repeat tour.

A great CD with not one dud track.

I've been a long term fan of Tim Finn and Dave Dobbyn and now likewise of Bic Runga.

The CD showcases all of their talents perfectly and also the atmosphere of the concert.

I purchased this based on Tim Finn and Bic Runga being together. I'd never heard of Dave Dobbyn before, probably because radio in Northern California is pretty bad about playing anything of substance. As much as I love every song on this collection, Dave's songs are really powerful to me. Whaling and Beside You ... just amazing.

I asked my NZ colleague for music recommendations from her country and she handed me this CD and I am really glad she did! Just one listen and all the songs hooked me; there isn't a single bad track. My personal favourites are '6 months in a leaky boat', 'whaling' and 'good morning baby'. And their cover of 'weather with you' sounded amazing, loved the guitar riffs!

Just got back from my first visit to NZ (3 weeks - not nearly long enough, and I'll be back). The bus driver on my day trip to Milford Sound played this album on the return drive... exactly what a bus-load of tired tourists needed. I kept listening thinking "Some of these songs sound vaguely familiar... and these voices.... familiar." It wasn't until Weather With You that I clued in and thought "it's a Finn!" But which one - I had to ask the driver, and he told me the name of the album and I picked one up in Auckland just before I left. I'll listen to this one a lot, I think!
