Thank you Jennifer for all the hard work that went into creating this narrative and to all the support given during that very difficult time. As you know it was very hard to read this since it took me back to some places that I did not wish to revisit. I am very blessed to have married such a wonderful person. I Love you now and forever.

"Together, One Step at a Time" tells the true story of a couple who went through an agonizing journey and whose love and commitment to one another proved what can be done .. together. The honesty and openness Mrs. Williams shared with the reader made this book a must read for anyone dealing with serious illness. It touches on the emotional roller coaster of organ transplantation and the possible rejection of the donor organ.

I gravitate to 'personal stories', as the heart of the author is laid bare. This book is DEFINITELY from the heart.

Thank you so much for sharing your experiences in such an outstanding manner. People have to know that life can throw you into a blind curve at any moment and at that point you have to rely on faith, trust and your heart/s to get you through. Your book also pointed out how important it is for the caregivers and receivers alike to know the cause and affects of options and what is being administered to them. Again, very well illustrated and thank you.
