The Toho Studios Story: A History and Complete Filmography

I recently purchased The Toho Studios Story, having found Stuart Galbraith's books helpful in my research. I was a bit perturbed to find, after spending $120 on the book, an errata notice telling me that the English title index was, in fact, incomplete. The publisher, Scarecrow press, offers a downloadable PDF of the complete index on their website. However, after printing it out, I found it too thick to jam into the back of the book.

Now I find that the Japanese title index is incomplete as well! Just on a cursory glance I found several films missing from it. I have notified Scarecrow of this issue, but have received no reply. It is my hope they will, at the very least, offer yet another corrected PDF (if not some form of rebate). For the price they are charging, something much nearer to perfection should have been prepared prior to printing.
