Tolo Yellow Submarine with Diver

I thought my 2-year-old daughter would love this toy when she got it for her birthday, since she loves anything that she can play with in the water. However, there really isn't much you can do with this; there are no moving parts, and only one way for the pieces to fit together. Another point against it is that you can't see the diver's face very well. This made her lose interest quickly. On top of everything, it leaks! My little girl still insists on having it in the bathtub with her (she has to have ALL her bath toys with her every time), so it slowly sinks to the bottom of the tub during every bath, and after every bath I empty the water out of the submarine. I haven't thrown it away because it was a gift, but I'm losing patience with this toy.

I bought this toy for my 3.5 year-old son probably 2 years ago. He seems to like it OK and still plays with it in the tub. The blue sub part is supposed to fill with water and 'sink' like a submarine. The water can later be emptied out to dry the toy.

My two year old son received the Submarine with Diver for a gift. He loved playing in the tub with it until I realized that the blue section of the boat collects water and is impossible to open up to drain and keep clean. Now, my 11 month old plays with the diver and blue boat out of the tub and we keep the yellow section of the boat in the tub to hold other small toys. If the water could be drained, this toy would be lots of fun.
