This strategy guide has helped me though some of the more difficult missions of the game. It contains maps of the levels, objectives, best team assignments, and great strategies. If anyone is having difficulty completing a level, in either Rainbow Six or Eagle Watch, I suggest you get it, A.S.A.P.

...until you have purchased the Rainbow Six Strategy Guide. This guide has helpful info on missions, weapons, enemies and counterterrorism tactics. It is a must-have for any hardcore Rainbow Six gamer. This is the book you have been waiting for.

I think that the book was very informative and covered some areas that normally would not be covered in the game manual. The book offers mission details. I would recommend it only to those who have already beaten the game...if you want the full affect of the STRATEGY

I think that this guide is the best that money can buy. I have it and it helped me when I was MAJORLY stuck. But I recommend it to only the people who look at a guide when they are MAJORLY stuck ,because where is that fun of actually playing the game if you go through word by word.

I have loved Tom Clancy's books ever since I read the Cardinal in the Kremlin. After that I read every book he wrote even the True life stories. This book is excellent - It is certainly complex, but every portion of the stories lets you know what's happening and keeps you involved in the story. You feel like you are there killing those stupid terrorists and those absurd nature lovers. I liked how he ended the assault on the Horizon People - It seemed like their due to me. I really enjoyed reading this book. Thanks Mr. Clancy.

The book gives you the all around view of what the missions are about; personal, layout, weapons and strategy. Detail profiles of the team, guided map description of the area to be attacked. The weapon area is extremelly useful for critical mission activities. Comprehensive enough to give you the edge to play aggresevely but still you have to fight on your own.

RAINBOW SIX is the best game for Playstation! I own it and I have not beat it yet cause it is soooooooo fun!

Clancy may have put the spotlight on plausible events in the near future. Tim McVey at Oklahoma City took away any "it can't happen here" notions, and the steady beefing up of FBI strength in the Pacific Northwest (see USA Today, 12-24-98, "FBI battles terrorism in Northwest") to guard against terrorist tactics makes Clancy look almost omniscient. Of all his great books, this one most resonates with real world sounds.

This guide will help you become an efficient soldier in the war against terrorism. RAINBOW SIX is unlike any game you've played before. You must combine strategy, tactics, and hand-eye coordination to make your way through to the game's climatic finale. -MICHAEL KNIGHT
