Long before Raffi, or Ella Jenkins, there was Tom Glazer, a folksinger who sang for both Children and Adults, but had a VERY deep love for ALL children. I had several of his albums as a child, and loved each and every one of them. Very Sadly they all went out of print for many years and I've not been able to buy them as gifts, I've had to copy them onto audiotapes so I could share them with children. This one that came back is sort of a reissue version of the Activity and Game Songs series Labeled by CMS. I also hope to one day see a reissue of Music for Ones and Twos, and also his Christmas Album "The 12 Days of Christmas," which he did with Chris Hayward. I have a friend who's expecting in the spring, and I think this would be the PERFECT gift for the baby. I just wish Mr. Glazer could have survived to see his albums come back into print.

This CD is a classic for families. Tom Glazer is a prolific composer of songs for children that have been embraced for generations. Fun!!

I bought this CD at Christmas for my great nephew. He is 3 and loves loves music. This CD has great songs that he loves and his mom and dad don't mind listening to it either. I would recommend this CD to anyone who has a child that loves great music.
