The book was in new condition. I was looking for a book of patterns that were more in depth than just simple line drawings. This would be a very good book for a beginning wood carver.

This book would probably OK if you've had experience with wood carving. It shows only profile cartoons. No explanations or front views. This book won't do me any good until I've had some practice.

The book arrived in great condition. I am very impressed with the amount of great pictures and can appreciate them being drawn the way he drew them. It will make each individual use their own creative minds to complete the project rather then matching it to pictures that the author made.
